Diamond Jubilee Agricultural Tertiary Bursary

The fund aims to:

Give assistance to to students undertaking a full-time course of at least one year in an agricultural subject. This includes related studies such as horticulture, veterinary, bee keeping, aqua farming and viticulture.

 The following must be included with the application:

• NZ citizens, enrolled in a full-time course for at least one year.

• Courses must be in an agriculture-related area of study.

• A character reference from two responsible citizens to whom the applicant is known (but not a relative).

• Proof of course enrolment from the relevant University, Polytechnic or College.

• A copy of the previous years’ study results or the last school report (if within three years), or an academic reference.

This grant opens 18 February 2026 to 1 March 2026.

This is a $1,000, one year grant.
