It is unique in showcasing and celebrating New Zealand made rural products and services ranging from clothing and homewares to agritourism experiences and farm supplies.

Terms and Conditions for Participation in The Country Women’s Collective

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in The Country Women’s Collective ("the Collective"), operated by Rural Women New Zealand, ("RWNZ"), and your use of the services provided therein. By accessing or using the Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or comply with any part of these Terms, your enterprise will not be eligible for the benefits of participation in the Collective.

1.      Eligibility: 1.1. You must be must the owner or operator of a business or enterprise in rural or regional Aotearoa New Zealand. 1.2 Your business must be at least 50% owned by women. 1.3  You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to participate in the Directory. 1.4. Businesses must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their company to be listed in the Directory. 1.5. The signatory acting as principal for the enterprise must be a member of RWNZ.

2.      Collective Content: 2.1. RWNZ reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or reject any content submitted for inclusion in the Online Directory or any other communication channel promoting the Collective at its sole discretion. 2.2. Participants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided about their businesses. 2.3. RWNZ may remove any listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or misleading.

3.      Use of Information: 3.1. By participating in the Collective, you grant RWNZ the right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the information provided about your business, including text, photos, logos, imagery, and videos for the purposes of operating, promoting, and marketing the Collective. 3.2. RWNZ will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

4.      Intellectual Property: 4.1. All content and materials provided by RWNZ, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and software, are the property of the RWNZ or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 4.2. Participants may not use any content from the Collective for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RWNZ.

5.      Limitation of Liability: 5.1. RWNZ makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided in the Collective Online Directory or other means of communication promoting the Collective. 5.2. Participants use the  online Directory at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless RWNZ from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the Collective.

6.      Modification of Terms: 6.1. RWNZ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Collective website. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms. Continued participation in the Collective after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7.      Termination: 7.1. RWNZ reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Collective at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

8.      Governing Law: 8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

By participating in the Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
