Our nutritious range of sprout varieties is lovingly grown in rural Canterbury, nourished with the glacial waters of the Southern Alps, and harvested, packed, and dispatched daily, so you can enjoy the benefits of Southern Alp Sprouts fresh from your local supermarket or grocer.

Southern Alp Sprouts grows & supplies sprouts to the whole of the South Island, under all the Supermarket banners in Foodstuffs & Woolworths. Southern Alps Sprouts also supply wholesalers MG, Bidfood’s & our green grocers. We grow 365 days year-round, produce up to 30,000 units a week.
