Giveaway T&C’s

1.0 Promoter

1.1 This giveaway is organised and promoted by Rural Women New Zealand Incorporated (“RWNZ”, “we”, “us”, or “the Promoter”), a Charitable organisation.

2.0 Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Employees, contractors, and Board Members of RWNZ, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

3.0 Giveaway Period

3.1 The giveaway opens on 10th June 2026 and closes on 13th June 2026 at 4:00pm.

3.2 Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

4.0 How to Enter

4.1 Entries may be submitted via:

a. RWNZ events (in-person entries), or

b. Online via RWNZ official channels, including Facebook, Instagram, or the RWNZ website.

4.2 To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the specific giveaway promotion.

4.3 Limit: One entry per person applies unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

5.0 Prizes

5.1 Prizes may include RWNZ merchandise or items/services donated by third parties.

5.2 Prize details will be as described in the promotional material.

5.3 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5.4 RWNZ is not responsible for the quality, warranty, or conditions of prizes supplied by third parties.

6.0 Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected at random, or as specified in the promotion, on the stated draw date.

6.2 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided (e.g. phone, email or social media).

6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, RWNZ reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7.0 Collection and Use of Personal Information

7.1 By entering this giveaway or competition, participants acknowledge and consent to:

a. RWNZ collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting entrants and winners, delivering prizes, and providing communications, updates, promotions, offers, and information about the RWNZ’s services, programmes, and activities.

b. Participants acknowledge and agree that they are subscribing to receive communications from the RWNZ. Participants may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided or by contacting the RWNZ Privacy Officer or RWNZ National Support Office.

c. Use of their name, image, or social media handle for promotional purposes, consent can be withdrawn at any time.

d. Sharing giveaway outcomes via RWNZ channels, consent can be withdrawn at any time.

8.0 Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, RWNZ is not responsible for:

8.3 Any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the giveaway or use of any prize;

8.4 Any actions or omissions of third-party prize providers.

9.0 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Personal information collected will be used only for lawful purposes.

9.2 Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

9.3 Personal information will be stored securely and protected against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

9.4 Personal information may be shared with trusted service providers (eg. IT, email, event platforms) where necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.

10.0 General Conditions

10.1 RWNZ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control.

10.2 RWNZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

10.3 Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

11.0 Social Media Disclaimer

11.1 This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.
