Our use of AI is in line with our 701 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
How we use AI
We use artificial intelligence AI tools, such as Microsoft Co-Pilot to:
Streamline workflows and increase productivity
Generate ideas and foster innovation
Analyse data and provide insights that support informed decision making
Create, review, summarise, edit and organise content
For meeting prep, event planning, presentation/workshop design
All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by our team of humans before publication or use.
We take care to ensure that information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with Rural Women New Zealand's values, policies, and strategic objectives.
Privacy and Legal obligations
We are committed to protecting privacy, maintaining confidentiality, and handling information in accordance with legal and ethical requirements. No personal information or sensitive data is to be used within AI systems that is contrary to the provisions of the Privacy Act 2020.
RWNZ will ensure AI use aligns with New Zealand legislation, organisational values, and member expectations, in a way that supports positive outcomes for rural communities across Aotearoa New Zealand.
