Canterbury Rural Women NZ Centennial Scholarship

The fund aims to:

Assist tertiary students with their course costs.

Eligibility:

  • Be an N.Z. citizen

  • Reside in the boundary of Canterbury – Clarence River to the north – Waitaki River in the south.

  • A tertiary student enrolled in a full-year course.

  • Short or long-term courses undertaken with a recognised education provider will be considered.

The following must be included with the application:

  • Two current character references from responsible citizens to whom the applicant is known.

  • Proof of course enrolment from the relevant University, Polytechnic or College.

  • Personal profile outlining your involvement in activities of the past three to five years.

This grant closes 1 July 2025:

  • Late applications will not be considered

  • Applications will be acknowledged when received

This is a $2,000 grant
