The Great Waikato Region of Rural Women New Zealand is Region 6 and is a dynamic, diverse, and welcoming network of women connected through rural life, community, and shared experience.
Spanning a wide geographic area and supported by many active branches and members, the region offers something for everyone. With a strong mix of activities, including many informal dinner groups, there are plenty of ways to stay connected in a way that fits around busy rural and working lives.
Whether you are looking to build friendships, engage with your local community, share skills and knowledge, or simply find your people, the Great Waikato Region offers flexible and meaningful ways to connect and be part of something bigger.

As a member, you’re part of a network that offers connection, practical help and opportunities to grow, so you never feel like you’re doing it alone.
We provide our members with opportunities to learn new skills and build professional networks in the agribuisness and rural sectors, as well as fostering the next generation of rural leaders.
